Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Data Entry Specialist. The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for entering accurate and up-to-date laboratory and client information into our database. They will also perform general administrative duties and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and team members
- Fast and accurate typing skills to enter data efficiently and effectively
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and other database software
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
- Experience in administrative assistance tasks, such as filing and organizing
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain focus even during repetitive tasks
