This summer, we are looking for motivated individuals looking to begin a career in our Business Relationship & IT Solutions Analysis department to support our IT Product teams. The IT Solutions Analyst role is critical for ensuring that the organization's applications and platforms are effectively leveraged to drive business success and enhance efficiency. They act as a tactical partner, bridging the gap between the business and IT to maximize the value derived from these essential technology investments. This role is remote. The anticipated hourly rate for this role is $27.00. Essential Responsibilities Perform data analysis and reporting tasks, including extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions. Contribute to reports and dashboards to track project progress and performance metrics Support the translation of business requirements into technical requirements, with guidance from senior analysts. Assist in maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with internal team members and external customers. Ideal Qualifications Current undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering Rising juniors and seniors ideally graduating within 1-2 semesters. Practical knowledge in IT applications and platforms Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies. Ability to analyze and interpret data to support business decisions. Experience with data extraction and analysis using SQL, and data visualization techniques Practical knowledge in creating and maintaining clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation. Ability to review and provide feedback on documentation created by others. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
