We are currently seeking Front Office Staff to be the face of our business. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in customer service, enjoys working with a team, and can handle a variety of administrative tasks with professionalism and accuracy.

What You’ll Do:

Interact daily with customers in person and by phone, providing friendly, professional service.

Maintain composure and a positive attitude during busy or challenging situations.

Use ASI, Spark, Excel, and Word to complete a variety of administrative tasks.

Process dealer payments and issue Titles & Checks through ASI.

Create and send accurate reports to dealers.

Handle Floor Plan transactions efficiently and accurately.

Scan documents and ensure all records are properly maintained.

Document vehicle returns and related activities.

Assess and match Titles with Bills of Sale (BOS).

File Titles and Checks with 100% accuracy as the goal.

Create vehicle run lists based on customer preferences.

Maintain a detailed and updated “To-Do” list with clear instructions.

Order and track office supplies as needed.

Work effectively independently or as part of a team.

Requirements:

Honest, reliable, and willing to learn.

Able to transition smoothly between tasks and customer interactions.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Able to follow directions and take initiative when needed.

Recognize the importance of teamwork and collaboration.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
