Qualifications:
- Customer service or sales experience (insurance preferred).
- Active insurance license (for Agent positions).
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft/Google Suites.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Compensation & Benefits:
