Duties

- Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and data entry into our systems using Microsoft Office tools and other computer applications

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to support analysis and continuous improvement efforts
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to handle diverse customer inquiries professionally
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall customer experience
- Utilize analysis skills to identify opportunities for upselling or improving service delivery based on customer data
Qualifications
- Proven experience in call center roles or customer support positions is preferred; familiarity with outbound calling is a plus
- Strong bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse client bases effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage
- Demonstrated sales aptitude with the ability to upsell products or services confidently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general computer skills for data entry and record keeping
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Strong typing skills for efficient documentation of customer interactions
