We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Level Automotive Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess expert-level diagnostic and repair capabilities, with a focus on complex automotive systems, advanced electronics, and emerging vehicle technologies. This role requires precision, efficiency, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and vehicle reliability. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on gasoline, diesel, hybrid, and electric vehicles, including engine, transmission, suspension, braking, and electrical systems.
- Utilize state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve complex vehicle issues.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential problems and recommend appropriate repairs or maintenance.
- Repair and replace advanced components such as ECMs, TCMs, ADAS systems, and high-voltage battery systems.
- Stay current with automotive technology advancements, including electric vehicle (EV) systems, autonomous driving features, and connectivity solutions.
- Collaborate with service advisors to provide accurate repair estimates and communicate technical information to customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and shop safety standards.
- Mentor and guide junior technicians, sharing expertise and promoting a culture of continuous learning.
- Complete repairs efficiently while adhering to manufacturer specifications and quality standards.
- Document all work performed, including parts used, labor time, and diagnostic findings, in the shop’s management system.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
