Water Damage Restoration Technician
AAA Service Company is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated Water Damage Restoration Technician to join our team. We are a family-owned restoration company specializing in emergency water damage mitigation, fire damage restoration, mold remediation, and contents restoration. We pride ourselves on taking care of our customers during some of the most difficult times in their lives.
What You’ll Do
Respond to emergency water damage calls.
Perform water extraction using professional truck-mounted and portable equipment.
Set up drying equipment including air movers and dehumidifiers.
Monitor drying progress and document moisture readings.
Remove damaged drywall, flooring, insulation, cabinets, and other affected materials.
Pack out and inventory customer belongings when necessary.
Communicate professionally with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and project managers.
Maintain a clean company vehicle and equipment.
Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
Qualifications
Restoration experience preferred (water, fire, mold, or construction).
IICRC WRT certification is a plus but not required.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Able to lift 75 pounds and work in hot, cold, wet, or dusty conditions.
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime when emergencies arise.
Comfortable using smartphones and tablets for documentation.
