The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for answering telephones and transferring calls to the appropriate staff member.

Meet and greet clients and visitors

Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office

Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing

Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system

Sign for and distribute UPS/Fed Ex/Airborne packages

Research, price, and purchase office furniture and supplies

Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences
-
Setup accommodations and entertainment for company visitors

Support staff in assigned project based work

Any additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 3 years experience in general office responsibilities and procedures
- Must have intermediate proficiency with MS Office, specifically Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint
- Must possess advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum typing speed of 50 wpm
- Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management and organization
- Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
