AAA Oregon/Idaho is looking for a Travel Services Manager to join our Travel Administration team at our headquarters in downtown Portland!
The Travel Services Manager leads the Travel Administration team to drive sales growth, agent development, and service excellence. Partners with Service Center Managers and Senior Managers to deliver coaching, create tailored growth plans, and implement strategies that improve agent productivity and member engagement. Oversees training functions, manages preferred partner relationships, and supports strategic campaigns to increase bookings, market share, and member retention
Desired Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in travel operations or sales management preferred.
- Proven ability in sales coaching, performance management, and team leadership.
- Familiarity with travel industry regulations and best practices preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in business planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and databased systems.
- Ability to analyze problems and make independent decisions using sound judgment.
