Supports the media team with the planning, preparation, and implementation of marketing and media plans across all business lines. Responsible for coordinating and trafficking all creative assets and have a full understanding of media formats and specifications.
What you will do:
- Responsible for all tagging and tracking required for media launches. Maintains media flowcharts for each business lines with the media plans, flighting and budget tracking.
- Utilize your industry knowledge regarding campaign processes including creative preparation, technical requirements, reporting setup, and overall project management.
- Prepare campaigns to ensure a successful transition of materials to the media team, including utilization of Campaign Manager for ad management and tagging setup.
- Tracks authorizations and media budgets which includes downloading/uploading required reports from different platforms and reconciling invoices/agreements/deliverables before payment.
- Fields unsolicited media rep sales calls, vets new opportunities and provides recommendation to leadership.
- Assists in the development and dissemination of mid and post-flight reporting and presentations.
- Maintain a Media Library that includes digital copies of Media Plans, Flowcharts, Creative assets, tagging documents, reports, etc.
- Maintain knowledge of media best practices, trends and industry developments and share learnings with cross functional teams.
- Other duties may be assigned.
What you need:
· Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
· 1-3 years of relative work experience
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Good organizational and time management skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple business line campaigns simultaneously
· High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Salary : $52,500 - $66,000
