As a Field Insurance Life Agent, you'll work directly with AAA members and prospective clients, helping them protect their families, prepare for retirement, and achieve financial peace of mind. What You'll Do

• Help AAA members and prospective clients protect their financial future through life insurance and retirement planning solutions.
• Build and grow your business through referrals, networking, and community involvement.
• Conduct personalized needs assessments and recommend solutions that align with each client's goals and financial situation.
• Develop long-term relationships as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing guidance as clients' needs evolve.
• Manage the insurance process from application through policy delivery and service.
• Partner with insurance carriers, underwriters, and AAA team members to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Identify opportunities to connect members with additional AAA products and services that add value to their lives.

What You'll Need:

Education

• High School or GED Required and Bachelor's Degree Business Administration or related field Preferred

Experience

• Sales experience Required and Insurance Experience Preferred

Licenses and Certifications

• Life Insurance License Upon Hire Required
• Industry designations (CLU, FLMI, etc.) Preferred
• Failure to be appointed as an Agent for AAA Life will result in job offer being rescinded/employment being terminated.
• Must complete all required AAA Life onboarding documents and training
