The Business Systems Analyst IV, AI Data Governance role leads enterprise data governance to enable responsible analytics and AI. Partnering with business and IT leaders, this role defines governance standards and operating models that improve data quality, security, retention, and access. It also provides oversight and guidance for information governance across Microsoft 365 (SharePoint/OneDrive), helping ensure content is protected, organized, and discoverable, and works with business lines and Learning & Development to make key content “agent ready” and promote compliant adoption through training and enablement. The ideal candidate will have a background and complementary skillsets to be successful within a specific scope of responsibilities that will involve:

Training / Certifications Specific to this Specialty
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree in Business or IT is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering IT solutions that meet business needs required
Extensive experience in analyzing and documenting complex business processes, requirements, and system specifications required
Experience with software development lifecycles, project management methodologies, and testing/QA processes.
Proven experience in conducting feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and creating business cases.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and dissect complex business processes and translate them into IT solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in advanced business analysis tools and techniques, such as use case modeling, process mapping, and requirements management tools.
Advanced knowledge of database management, SQL, and data analysis techniques.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project).
Ability to conduct advanced gap analysis and impact assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of proposed solutions.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications and Training:
CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or CCBA (Certification of Competency in Business Analysis) is preferred.
Additional certifications in relevant areas (e.g., PMP, Agile) are advantageous.
Certifications in data analysis, process improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma), or related fields are beneficial.
