ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Basic Function:
Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing all administrative duties
Knowledge:
Knowledge of general office practices, including basic mathematical skills, computer skills, communication skills, and basic cash handling knowledge.
Skills:
Excellent customer service and telephone skills, communication and listening skills, multi-tasking and PC skills including Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Chrome, excellent decision-making skills and ability to troubleshoot.
Responsibilities:
- Sound judgment and excellent decision making capability
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills
- Strong typing skills
- Perform accounts payable functions for Club
- Perform duties associated with daily deposits
- Perform duties associated with scheduling and maintaining paperwork for Roadwise courses
- Answer incoming telephone calls, retrieve customer/employee messages from voicemail throughout the day, reply to voicemails and messages throughout the day.
- Perform duties associated with scheduling building maintenance & maintenance staff
- Perform duties associated with our Discounts & Rewards program
- Perform duties associated with our Teen Driving Course
- Assisting President, Vice President and CFO with additional duties as needed
