Quality installation/service is critical for ongoing member satisfaction and retention of the member base. This position is responsible for job completion including job execution tasks, job completion SLA, and job gross installation margin. This is an advanced level position responsible for service level adherence, timely completion of jobs and quality assurance.RESPONSIBILITIES / JOB DUTIESManage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects from conception to completionCoordinate with all internal and external teams including subcontractors to ensure all project tasks are completed on time and within budgetNegotiate with all vendors and subcontractors to maintain the job marginObtain all building permits, licenses to meet code regulationsCreate and Manage construction planWork with all internal teams including sales and design to define the scope of workDefine the job tasks and assign the accountable party with delivery datesPrepare all project meetings, including agendas, taking minutes and following up on action items.Allocate and manage all resource logisticsMonitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to ensure projects stay on track.Handle all change orders and purchase orders, ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained and documentation is accurately maintained.Maintain a strong working relationship with clients, team members, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration at all stages of the project.Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and quality standardsOversee the performance of the teams assigned to each projectKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIESConstruction Project Management skills including time management, project budgeting, resource management and project planningExcellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify potential issues and implement effective solutions.Ability to work well under pressureStrong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workKnowledge of service operations, customer service and processing support functionsStrong customer experience orientation with the ability to develop centralized operations strategies rooted in experience deliveryAbility to develop and build customer relationships; which includes tackling difficult clients and their issuesAbility to learn quickly and thrive in a dynamic workplaceProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPointEDUCATION, COMPETENCIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSESMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent combination of work experience and education.5 years of operations experiencePreferred QualificationsGraduate degree2 - 4 years of experience managing detailed, complex projectsWe target between minimum and midpoint of the range, and all offers are subject to a fair pay analysis - Compensation Range: Min: $129,234.00 - Mid: $161,542.00- Max: $193,849.00-
