Responsibilities / Job Duties
- Customer Interactions: The incumbent in the position will perform fundamental customer interactions through outbound calling. They will be able to anticipate Member needs, identify, and recommend relevant solutions from AAA to satisfy unmet needs. In addition, they will address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently. The position will require knowledge and proficiency with AAA Smart Home products and services. The Team Member will create warm sales opportunities for our Sales Consultants
- Administrative Tasks: This role requires the incumbent to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions. The individual in the role will collaborate with other Team Members to improve overall sales and service performance
- Continuous Learning: Participate in sales training and continuous professional development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Professional and friendly attitude, provides problem solving resolution
- Agility to modify communication style to communicate effectively
- Increases value of Membership with each interaction

- Must be proficient with multiple computer systems and applications
- Ability to quickly learn AAA Smart Home products

- Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- 0-2 years sales and customer service experience primarily in a call center environment
- Preferred Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of Smart Home product and services
