Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Assistant Property Management This role is essential in supporting the daily operations of our property portfolio, ensuring seamless communication between tenants, vendors, and management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and a comprehensive understanding of real estate administrative processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage tenant communications, including inquiries, lease renewals, and service requests, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate data entry and filing of lease agreements, contracts, and legal documents using property management software.
- Assist with property leasing activities by scheduling showings, processing applications, and coordinating move-ins and move-outs.
- Coordinate property maintenance requests with vendors and facilities management teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Handle conflict management situations professionally by mediating tenant concerns while adhering to legal standards and company policies.
Requirements
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities related to property leasing and maintenance.
- Must be Fluent in English and Spanish
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
