Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Property Maintenance Technician to ensure the optimal operation, safety, and appearance of commercial properties throughout Pinellas county. The ideal candidate will possess strong maintenance/tradesman knowledge and experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform tenant pre-move-in prep and move out repairs and cleanup
- Handle routine maintenance and upkeep for commercial properties
- Compete general repairs - drywall, fixtures, painting, carpentry, and more
- Operate tools such power and hand tools
Qualifications
- Some hands-on maintenance/experience in the skilled trades preferred
- Willing to learn, work hard, and show up consistently
- good attitude and a team-first mindset
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
