Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Agent at our Albany, NY location. The Travel Agent will assist customers with travel planning and reservations, provide exceptional customer service, and help with car rental bookings and travel arrangements. Additional responsibilities include offering tailored travel solutions to clients and meeting sales objectives through personalized service and effective communication.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Reservations and Travel Arrangements
- Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
- Experience with Car Rental and related travel services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of travel software and systems is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in hospitality or travel-related fields is an advantage)
- Experience in a retail or travel-related role preferred
