Position Title: Registered Nurse (RN)/Field Nurse
Occupation Description:
AAA Home Health Services, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) to conduct supervisions and assessments for our patients in their homes. These assessments will help our agency develop the plan of cares for our members. All our RN's are expected to follow health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently. This is an ideal job for a Nurse who is looking for a flexible schedule. All nurses will have the option of following up cases that they have assessed and require continued skilled services.
Responsibilities:
- Providing health assessments and care services in patients' residences
- Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc.) and report on their condition
- Maintain patients' care records and document provided services
- Monitor patients' condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care
- Submit Oasis/other field assessments in a timely manner
- Coordinate with other health professionals to properly evaluate/conduct supervisions and assessments
- Coordinate with other health professionals when necessary to avoid duplication of services
Qualifications/Experience:
- RN license
- Home Health/Oasis Assessment experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to perform multiple tasks
