Job Description:
Manages reporting and data governance initiatives within SuccessFactors, with a focus on Story Report development, Report Center restructuring, and Role-Based Permission configuration. Accountable for delivering high-quality reporting solutions, supporting Employee Central integrations, and driving strategic planning for future enhancements. Develops reporting frameworks and ensures compliance with governance standards. Establishes effective communication with HR, IT, and analytics stakeholders while providing day-to-day direction on reporting priorities. Role requires hybrid work with periodic on-site presence as needed and collaboration with a team of 7 10. Responsible for preparing documentation, status updates, and recommendations tied to reporting strategy and system stewardship. Projects include Story Report creation, Report Center cleanup, and integration support for EC. Role requires SAP Certified Application Associate SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics: Reporting, along with expertise in SuccessFactors, and knowledge of Teradata and AWS Databricks is an advantage. Interviews are planned to begin mid-December through early January. Position demands excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, negotiation, planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
