Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Scheduling Coordinator based in Seattle, WA. The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and managing appointments, providing administrative assistance, and coordinating technicians’ schedules. Additional duties include ensuring effective communication between internal teams, providing excellent customer service over the phone, and supporting day-to-day office operations.

- Strong interpersonal skills and professional phone etiquette
- Proficiency in appointment scheduling
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients
- Experience in administrative assistance and office organization
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Familiarity with scheduling software or tools is a plus

- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in relevant fields are a plus
