Alarm Project Manager

Position Overview This position will work closely with the division manager and is responsible for overseeing the estimation and coordination of all project requirements including but not limited to scope, schedule, procurement, budget, client relations, project management, and contract administration to ensure operation efficiency. The fire alarm project manager will be responsible for assisting in establishing and maintaining a professional relationship with the client, subcontractors, and any other project stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all job and project coordination and estimation to ensure timely and effective customer communication while meeting and adhering to all divisional financial goals and objectives.Work closely with the Manager to implement standardized strategies to improve continuity between estimators, coordinators, and field technicians.Manage and oversee day-to-day administrative items such as submittals, contracts, change order requests, etc.Work with manager to perform project close out, billing and cost reconciliation.Act as the primary customer contact in delivery of jobs and projects.At the direction of the division manager provide clear education and guidance to customers regarding services and systems, for which AAA is licensed, in accordance with company expectations, local fire code requirements and manufacturer guidelines.Assist manager in identifying breakdowns in productivity and communication in the office and field.Perform other related duties as assigned.
