AAA Fence Crafters is a leading multifamily specialty contractor serving the Southeast United States. We provide aluminum fencing, railings, gates, privacy screens, dumpster enclosures, pool amenities, and related architectural products for apartment, mixed-use, and multifamily developments.
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to expand our relationships with developers, architects, general contractors, and owners throughout the Southeast.

Responsibilities
* Develop new business opportunities with multifamily developers, owners, and general contractors
* Build relationships with architects and design professionals
* Identify projects early in the planning and design phases
* Coordinate with estimating and operations teams to pursue opportunities
* Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
* Maintain and grow a qualified project pipeline
* Track opportunities through CRM and reporting systems
Ideal Candidate
* 5 years of business development experience in construction, multifamily housing, architecture, or commercial real estate
* Existing relationships with developers, architects, or general contractors in the Southeast
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Self-motivated and highly organized
* Ability to travel throughout the Southeast region
