About the Construction Service Technician Role
We’re looking for a reliable and skilled Construction Service Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their craftsmanship, and thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment.
What You’ll Do As A Construction Service Technician:
- Perform routine building maintenance and repairs across commercial sites.
- Respond to service calls, emergencies, and work orders.
- Work across multiple trades including carpentry, electrical, HVAC (minor), flooring, drywall, painting, framing, doors and more.
- Complete multi-day projects with attention to detail and minimal supervision.
- May be required to participate in on-call rotation.
Ideal Construction Service Technician Candidate:
