Electronic Component Test Bench Engineer
Location: Palm Bay, Florida - AAA Engineering & Test Lab

We’re seeking a hands-on Electronic Component Test Bench Engineer to join AAA Engineering & Test Lab.
You’ll design and implement test plans, build custom test programs, deploy them onto devices, and validate electronic board-level components for aerospace and defense applications.
At AAA, you’ll perform in-depth electrical, environmental, chemical, and mechanical testing, including destructive physical analysis (DPA) and failure analysis (FA).
Key Requirements:
• Expertise in designing test plans and custom test programs
• Proficient in coding and deploying test programs to devices
• Skilled in LabVIEW for test system development
• Experienced in DPA, FA, MIL-STD testing (883, 750, 202, 1580), electrical, environmental, and chemical testing of components and die
• Hands-on experience with circuit design, component engineering, and test bench equipment to include: Logic Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, Signal Generators, Thermostreams, Environmental Chambers, X-Ray Systems, and Scanning Electron Microscopes (SEM)
• Electrical and Computer Engineering Degree, or relevant background experience
• Practical test-bench experience with strong problem-solving skills
Nice-to-Have:
• Proficient in MATLAB/Python and embedded programming tools (e.g., JTAG, MPLAB) for developing test programs
• Aerospace and defense background
