AAA Credit Screening Services is seeking a Background Check / Customer Service Specialist for our Houston, Texas office.
Team members strive to provide fast, courteous customer service assisting with new customer inquiries and answering existing customer's product and account questions. Candidates need to have a pleasant demeanor, possess computer & problem-solving skills and be able to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls & e-mail inquiries
- Identify and assess customers’ needs & offer products related to those needs
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Analyze data from multiple sources
- Process payments
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Go the extra mile to engage customers
- Attention to detail
- Be on time and work a full 40 hour work week
Skills
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative dealing with customer inquiries, problem resolution and different types of characters.
- Strong computer skills
- Strong phone conversation skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma
- MS OFFICE
- 2 Year's work experience
