Role Description The Territory Sales Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Columbia, SC. This position is responsible for managing and growing a defined sales territory by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining existing accounts, and promoting AAA Cooper Transportation’s portfolio of transportation services. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales calls and meetings, preparing proposals and pricing, tracking sales activity, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. The Territory Sales Manager collaborates closely with operations and customer service teams to address service issues, ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts, and support ongoing customer training on service offerings. The role also involves monitoring market trends, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and meeting or exceeding sales targets while representing the company in a professional and solutions-focused manner.
