Rain Gutter Installer

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Rain Gutter Installer to join our team. In this role, you will install, repair, and maintain rain gutter systems on residential (and commercial) properties to protect buildings from water damage. The ideal candidate is physically fit, comfortable working at heights, and committed to quality workmanship and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, fabricate, and install seamless gutters, downspouts, and related components.
• Inspect job sites, remove old gutters if needed, and prepare surfaces for installation.
• Seal joints, caulk gaps, and ensure proper water flow and drainage.
• Use hand and power tools, ladders, and scaffolding safely.
• Read a tape measure with ease.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on existing gutter systems.
• Clean up job sites and dispose of debris properly.
• Follow safety protocols and building codes at all times.
• Communicate with customers about job progress and any issues.

Requirements and Qualifications

• MUST have your own tools (power drill and driver, snips, tool bag, tape measure, torpedo level)
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (preferred but not required).
• Previous experience in gutter installation, construction, roofing, or carpentry is a plus (entry-level candidates with willingness to learn are welcome).
• Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, and perform manual labor.
• Basic math skills for accurate measurements.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Dress & speak professionally and hold yourself to a hygene and professional standard.
