Description: We are looking for a full-time Family Practice Physician (MD or DO) who is committed to excellence and equity in healthcare.
Supervision: Reports directly to Chief Medical Officer
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, following evidence-based medical protocols.
- Perform physical exams, manage chronic conditions, and provide preventive care and health education.
- Prescribe medications and create individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with nutritionists, behavioral health specialists, and educators to provide holistic patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and provider team meetings.
Perform Family PACT services.
Requirements
- Attendance at HIPAA and Compliance educational programs is a requirement of employment
-MD or DO with completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency.
- Licensed in California and Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine.
- CPR certified.
- Previous FQHC or outpatient experience preferred, but new grads are highly encouraged to apply!
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
