We are looking for an experienced part time title clerk to join the AAA Colorado AutoSource team!!

AAA Colorado AutoSource is a great place for someone who likes the car business, but doesn't like working in a typical dealership environment.
Please be aware this is a part time position.
Responsibilities include but are no limited to:
- Most importantly -- Work as a team with sales consultants and other staff to guarantee our clients have their "Best automotive buying experience"
- Processing MSO/MCO and title transactions for broker deals, retail, lease and wholesale
- Following up on receipt of titles from banks and dealers
- Verify all incoming titles for accuracy
- Greet Clients and Vendors in person or phone and direct them as needed
- Scan and file all deals
- Help relieve the Business Manager when needed
- Other receptionist duties as needed
- Qualifications
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude and the ability to respond quickly to our consultant's & client's inquiries in an efficient & polite manner
- Previous dealership experience required with a knowledge of MSO and title processing
- Experience and understanding in state and out of state transactions
- Must be current on all Colorado Motor Vehicle licensing statutes and requirements of each county where vehicles will be titled and registered.
- Must have working knowledge of Colorado Sales/USE tax rules and regulations including home rule
- We will train on our proprietary DMS and accounting system
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 30.0 per week
Work Location: In person
