We are looking for a driven and experienced Electrical Sales Representative to join our team on a commission-only basis. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who excels in a performance-based environment, builds strong customer relationships, and has a solid understanding of electrical systems and upgrades.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home or on-site assessments to determine customer needs
- Present electrical upgrade options, panel replacements, rewires, EV chargers, lighting solutions, and other services
- Prepare detailed proposals and follow up to close sales
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of electrical products, codes, and best practices
- Coordinate with installation and office teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience in electrical sales or electrical field knowledge (required)
- Strong communication, presentation, and closing abilities
- Ability to evaluate electrical systems and provide accurate estimates
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and professional
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
Compensation:
- Commission-only position with high earning potential
- Unlimited commissions above performance thresholds
- No cap on income
