As a Senior Technology Project Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with the Office of the CTO to execute large, enterprise-wide programs and provide delivery leadership across multiple concurrent initiatives in an agile environment at our Costa Mesa, CA office. You will own outcomes end-to-end—driving alignment across teams that don’t report to you, surfacing tradeoffs, and ensuring executive stakeholders have the clarity they need to make decisions.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology programs (Infrastructure, Information Security, and/or Application Development) from intake through launch and stabilization.
- Define and own integrated project planning across multiple workstreams: scope, milestones, critical path, resourcing, and delivery metrics.
- Drive cross-team dependency management across engineering, product, information security, operations, and business stakeholders.
- Establish and run project governance, including steering committee cadence, stakeholder alignment, decision logs, escalation paths, and RACI as needed.
- Own and actively manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), ensuring proactive mitigation and timely escalation.
- Facilitate execution in an Agile / hybrid environment, removing blockers, aligning priorities, and ensuring teams deliver against commitments.
- Deliver concise, executive-ready communication: status, risks, tradeoffs, and decision requests to senior leadership.
- Manage change effectively by controlling scope and timelines, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring impacts are understood and approved.
- Maintain high-quality project artifacts (plans, timelines, RAID logs, meeting notes, action items, milestone reviews, launch readiness).
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery operations and contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices across the organization.
- Extensive project/program management experience delivering technical initiatives in enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated track record leading large, complex programs with multiple cross-functional teams and significant dependencies.
- Experience managing delivery in one or more of the following domains: Enterprise Infrastructure, Information Security, Application Development.
- Proven ability to influence without authority, drive alignment, and move stakeholders toward timely decisions.
- Strong executive communication skills—able to translate complexity into clear tradeoffs, risk posture, and action plans.
- Advanced project discipline: integrated schedules, critical path thinking, RAID management, change control, and governance.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data and delivery metrics to drive accountability and course-correct.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting quickly as priorities shift.
- Proficiency with common delivery tools such as Jira/Confluence, Smartsheet/MS Project, and collaboration tools (Teams/Slack).
- A “Can do” work ethic and desire to drive results.
- Preferred (not required): PMP, PgMP, CSM/PSM, SAFe, or equivalent experience; vendor management and compliance/security program delivery are a plus.
