Job Duties
- AI Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the AI transformation vision and multi-year roadmap for Club Labs, aligning initiatives with enterprise business objectives and emerging technology capabilities.
- Governance & Standards: Establish AI governance frameworks, policies, and best practices for Club Labs. Represent the organization in enterprise-wide AI governance forums and ensure alignment with corporate standards.
- Business Consultation: Serve as a strategic advisor to non-technical business groups, identifying transformation opportunities, building AI literacy, and guiding adoption strategies that reimagine workflows rather than simply automate existing processes.
- Technology Evaluation: Maintain current knowledge of AI/ML technologies, large language models, and emerging digital capabilities. Evaluate tools, platforms, and solutions for fit within the enterprise technology ecosystem.
- Team Leadership: Build, lead, and develop a high-performing transformation team. Partner with existing Club Labs technical teams to deliver initiatives and scale impact across the organization.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate relationships with internal business partners, technology teams, and external vendors. Produce and deliver executive presentations that translate technical concepts into business value.
- Operational Excellence: Inform the development and implementation of new processes. Drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision making and measurable outcomes.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field — Required
- 10 years in software/systems architecture, with demonstrated experience in AI/ML technologies or digital transformation — Required
- 7–9 years management/supervisory experience — Preferred
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-scale transformation initiatives — Required
- Experience with AI governance, responsible AI practices, or technology policy development — Preferred
- Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts including large language models, generative AI, and their practical business applications
- Understanding of AI operationalization: model evaluation, deployment considerations, and integration patterns
- Familiarity with data architecture principles and how they enable AI capabilities
- Advanced ability to think strategically and translate vision into actionable roadmaps
- Proven ability to lead through influence across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong executive communication skills—able to translate complex technical concepts for business audiences
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
