Key Responsibilities
- Partner with internal teams and external agencies to develop, optimize, and execute integrated marketing plans that achieve performance goals efficiently.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including lead volume/cost per lead and sales/ cost per sale on a semi-weekly basis.
- Own accountability for lead generation and cost-efficiency targets.
- Manage media budgets and marketing plans, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Lead media strategy, planning, and execution to support policy acquisition, business quality, and retention.
- Leverage industry research and collaborate with product management and research teams to inform marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with Optimizations, Activations, sales and database partners to align performance insights across all media channels.
- Utilize media planning and analytics tools, including Analytic Partners, to develop and optimize market-level media plans.
- Ability to develop and deliver performance metrics informed by advanced analytics, market research, and strategic insights, with strong presentation and public speaking skills for senior leadership audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 6 years of experience managing integrated marketing plans and large-scale budgets.
- Strong expertise in media planning, analytics, and performance optimization.
- Broad-based and direct marketing experience supporting large-scale campaigns.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, project management, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to apply analytics, research, segmentation, and competitive insights to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Experience managing vendor and agency relationships.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet-based applications; experience with Adobe tools and Tableau preferred.
- Experience with project managements systems, such as Monday.com preferred.
