What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper position at AAA Asphalt LLC?
Pay will be based on experience
Must be proficient in Quickbooks, Excel, Word and email
- reconcile and balance all accounts
- draw up financial statements (trial balance, income statement, balance sheet)
- manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- prepare checks, payments and bank deposits
- prepare and process payroll
- comply with relevant reporting requirements
- maintain complete filing system to support financial records
- answer phone and take customer information to prepare
