Job Summary: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our Family Caregiver program. This opportunity is specifically for people who are already providing personal care, support, and companionship to a family member, friend, or someone they already know.
The person you will be caring for must be eligible for and currently receiving Medicaid benefits.
As a Family Caregiver, you will ensure your loved one’s safety, health, and comfort while helping them remain in their own home and community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist your loved one with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Help manage medications and communicate with healthcare providers
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Support with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
- Accompany to medical appointments, errands, and community activities as needed
- Document care tasks and report any changes in health or needs
Who Can Apply:
- You are already caring for a family member, friend, or someone with whom you have an established relationship
- The person receiving care must be on Medicaid—this is a strict requirement for the job
- Caregivers who are not currently being paid for care are strongly encouraged to apply
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable, compassionate, and patient
