What You’ll Do

• Walk assigned neighborhoods to introduce homeowners to AA Total Painting
• Engage in friendly, natural conversations while representing our brand professionally
• Distribute flyers, gather homeowner information, and create qualified leads
• Schedule free estimates for our estimators
• Learn our sales process with opportunities to train as an estimator in the future
• Track leads and update your team leader daily
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and communication coaching
• Spend most of your time active, outdoors, and speaking with people
• Use company scripts and training materials (full training provided)

Earnings & Structure

Base Pay: $17 per hour
Commission: 5% of total revenue for jobs closed from your leads
Typical Annual Earnings (Part-Time): $45,000 – $65,000
Top Performers: $80,000 – $100,000 per year

We reward hard work — the more qualified leads you generate, the more you earn.
There are no commission caps, and performance is recognized and rewarded.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Must pass a background check
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required

Schedule

• 15–25 hours per week
• Typical shifts: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Occasional weekends for special events or community outreach
• Flexible scheduling available
