Position Description: REGISTERED NURSEAA Spine & Pain Clinic is seeking a skilled and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our fast paced pain management clinic. This role offers a dynamic work environment with a mix of clinical, procedural, and patient care responsibilities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with controlled substance management, and experienced in assisting with interventional pain procedures. Key Responsibilities: Assist providers with in-office pain management proceduresAdminister and monitor sedation patientsFill and manage intrathecal pain pumpsOrder, track and maintain inventory of narcotics and controlled substances in compliance with all regulationsMonitor patients pre- and post- procedure to include vital signs and recovery statusProvide patient education regarding procedures, medications, and aftercareCollaborate with providers and clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flowQualifications:Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of AlaskaExperience with conscious sedation strongly preferredKnowledge of narcotic handling, storage, and regulatory complianceStrong clinical judgment and attention to detailPrevious experience in pain management, procedural care or outpatient surgery preferred Benefits:We offer a comprehensive benefits package for part time and full time employees, including:Medical, dental and visionPaid time off (PTO)Paid major federal holidays401(k) retirement plan with employee matchJob type:Part time8:00am-4:30pmLicense/Certification:Alaska RN licenseBLS certificationACLS certification (preferred)
