Lead Field Worker

Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as a Lead Field Worker that can oversee team members . In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks that contribute to the successful execution of our projects in the field. This position requires a strong work ethic, experience with supervising team/staff, safety training, attention to detail, Handyman skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team. The ability to work close with upper management in assuring all work orders are completed in a timely manner and precise.

This person would be flexible in their schedule and be on call to work mainly 7am to 4:00pm but also would be on call to work overtime sometimes evenings and weekends when needed.

A company cell phone would be provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field operations according to project specifications and timelines.
• Assist in the collection of data and samples as required for project assessments.
• Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Report any issues or concerns to upper management or the HR Department promptly.
• Participate and or facilitate training sessions and meetings as needed.
• Fill out and submit invoices, turn in timesheets, and documents to the Finance Department.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fieldwork or labor-intensive role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong physical stamina and capability to lift heavy objects when necessary.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to following safety procedures.
• This lead position requires a valid driver’s license to operate company vehicles and handle occasional errands.
• A birth certificate is required for employment at certain facilities to meet security clearance requirements.

Hours are 7:00am to 4:00pm (on call when needed included some weekends).

Must be flexible with schedule with availability for this position and reliable.

Pay: $14.00 per hour
