What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at AA Lock & Key, Inc.?
Responsible for customer relations, including telephone and in-person, in a service business open to the public.
Must be detail oriented, with excellent ability to communicate verbally and written including operating and dispatching using a computer based program.
Must be courteous, prompt and willing to assist in the smooth operations of the business.
Willing to learn basic in-shop locksmithing, including rekeying locks and key cutting.
Non-smoking, non-vaping individual only.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
