Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role located in Orange, CA. The selected candidate will assist clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high satisfaction with insurance products and services. Responsibilities include maintaining positive client relationships, providing top-tier support, and contributing to overall customer success.
Qualifications
- Candidate must have an active Property & Casualty insurance license
- Minimum of 2 years working in the insurance industry
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Support
- Ability to effectively address insurance needs and build lasting relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient typing skills (50 WPM)
- Proficiency using CRM and Agency Management Systems
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional degrees, certifications or coursework in customer service is a plus
