Responsibilities
- Support accounting functions, including invoicing, expense tracking, paying bills, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reporting
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Owner, including preparing and sending sales quotations, managing sales and expense documentation, and handling correspondence with clients
- Answering and directing calls, document incoming messages, and follow-up requests
- Manage office duties such as organizing filing systems, improving office efficiencies, and ordering office supplies
- Assist in account management, including client communication, order processing, and preparing sales quotations
- Assist in booking logistics / shipments
- Collaborate with other staff to support seamless operations and customer satisfaction
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant with bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially with Excel and Word, PDF Editor
- Experience working with Quickbooks is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
