We are seeking reliable and professional Independent Contractor Delivery Drivers with their won CARGO VANS for dedicated Walmart Delivery routes in Delaware- Milford, Georgetown, Dover, Camden, and Middletown. Routes are available 7 days a week and are approximately 8 hours. Packages range from 70-100, but volume may vary per day. Deliveries are within approximately a 50–130-mile radius.

This is an excellent opportunity for self-motivated drivers looking for consistent work and competitive earnings.

Responsibilities

• Pick up assigned delivery loads from the Walmart location.
• Follow assigned delivery routes while maintaining on-time performance.
• Use a smartphone to scan packages and complete proof of delivery.
• Maintain communication with dispatch as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service at every delivery.

Compensation

• Flat daily rate
• Net 14 Payment Structure
• Opportunity to earn more based on number of days worked

Vehicle Requirement

• White Cargo Van (Exceptions may be made regarding the color, go ahead and apply)
• The vehicle must be clean and professional in appearance, free of exterior logos, lettering, wraps, decals or advertising.

Driver Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Current auto insurance
• Current vehicle registration
• Pass background check
• Clean driving record
• Smartphone with GPS and mobile data
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Authorized to work in the United States
