We are seeking reliable and professional Independent Contractor Delivery Drivers with WHITE CARGO VANS for dedicated Walmart Delivery routes in Delaware. Routes are available 7 days a week, approximately 8 hours, and packages range from 60-70, but volume may vary per day. Deliveries are within approximately a 50-mile radius of the Walmart pick up location.
This is an excellent opportunity for self-motivated drivers looking for consistent work and competitive earnings.
Responsibilities
- Pick up assigned delivery loads from the Walmart location.
- Deliver packages within approximately a 50-mile radius from the pick-up location.
- Follow assigned delivery routes while maintaining on-time performance.
- Use a smartphone to scan packages and complete proof of delivery.
- Maintain communication with dispatch as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service at every delivery.
Compensation
- Flat daily rate
- Weekly pay
- Opportunity to earn more based on number of days worked
Vehicle Requirement
- White Cargo Van
- The vehicle must be clean and professional in appearance, free of exterior logos, lettering, wraps, decals or advertising.
Driver Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Current auto insurance
- Current vehicle registration
- Pass background check
- Clean driving record
- Smartphone with GPS and mobile data
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Authorized to work in the United States
