We take great pride in the service and quality of work we provide to our customers and are searching for an Inside Sales Representative who can engage with current and potential customers to drive revenue growth, build customer relationships, manage incoming leads, and support the field sales team to ensure smooth project execution.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively engages with potential and existing customers to understand and address their asphalt and concrete service requirements.
- Manages inbound leads, responds promptly to inquiries, and follows up on sales opportunities.
- Develops and maintains a comprehensive understanding of our services to effectively communicate to our customers.
- Assists in preparing and delivering accurate estimates, unit proposals, and service agreements.
- Collaborates closely with the Estimators and Project Managers to ensure a seamless customer experience and the successful execution of projects.
- Tracks and reviews weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets for Estimators and customers.
- Addresses customer issues and concerns providing timely and effective solutions ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintains detailed records of sales activities in the company CRM system.
- Stays informed of industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
- Answer phones, perform administrative tasks, and greet visitors as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:
- High school diploma or GED; 3-5 years' related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in construction sales administration and/or knowledge of asphalt, concrete and aggregate construction practices, as well as knowledge of Codes and Industry Standards is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Able to identify and resolve issues in an effective and timely manner.
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed deadline expectations.
- Proficient with MS Excel, Word, Outlook. Experience with CRM software and ability to learn new systems.
- Ability to work in a results-oriented environment, self-motivated, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
