Duties
- Carefully pack products into boxes according to specifications.
- Inspect items for quality and ensure that they meet company standards before packaging.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information and product details.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Assist with inventory management by tracking packaged items and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with Team members to meet daily production targets.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in packing or warehouse operations is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic math skills for counting and measuring products.
- Willingness to adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
