🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Systems Engineer (Contact Center Platform | Hybrid) 🚀
We’re looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to support and enhance a large-scale cloud contact center platform for a leading U.S. financial services firm (client name confidential). If you’re hands-on with Amazon Connect and serverless AWS, and enjoy building high-availability, mission-critical systems, this role is for you.
Role Overview
In this role, you will:
- Design, build, and maintain Amazon Connect contact flows (voice, email, web chat)
- Develop and enhance AWS Lambda-based routing logic (dynamic / skill-based routing)
- Integrate and support conversational bots and enterprise tools (CRM, case management, etc.)
- Configure and manage queues, routing profiles, recordings, failover logic, and high availability
- Optimize platform performance using CloudWatch monitoring & analysis
- Contribute within an Agile delivery model, driving automation and continuous improvement
Required Skills
✅ Amazon Connect (hands-on contact flow design & support)
✅ Node.js for AWS Lambda development (Python acceptable if strong Lambda background)
✅ Serverless AWS architecture & services
✅ 6 years of Systems Engineering experience
Nice to Have / Bonus Skills
⭐ Genesys exposure
⭐ Docker / Kubernetes familiarity
⭐ CI/CD and operational automation experience
Role Details
- Location: Merrimack, NH or Westlake, TX (local candidates only)
- Schedule: Hybrid — onsite every other week (5 days that week)
- Duration: 6 months (extension possible based on performance/workload)
- Pay Rate: Up to $60/hr on W2
- Interview Process: 2 rounds (HM Panel)
- Pre-Screening: Technical assessment before client submission
- Onboarding: Background check, credit check, drug screening
