- Design, enhance, and support applications for Prime Brokerage operations
- Analyze and build database structures to support new and existing features
- Perform performance tuning, stored procedure development, and file loading
- Work with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
- Solve data-driven problems with precision and creativity
- Support critical business processes in a fast-iterative environment
⚙️ Must-Have Skills
✔️ 10 years as a Senior Oracle Database Developer
✔️ Strong RDBMS and SQL skills (heavy query work, not coding new SQL programs)
✔️ Experience with performance tuning, stored procedures & Linux-based scripting
✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced Prime Brokerage/Capital Markets environment
