Now Hiring: Project Engineer / Senior Civil Engineer – Land Development

📍 Franklin, TN (Nashville Area)

We are seeking a Project Engineer / Senior Civil Engineer to join our growing team in Franklin, TN. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse land development and site development projects across residential, commercial, institutional, and municipal sectors.

🔹 What You’ll Do

• Perform civil site and land development design, permitting, and construction observation.
• Design land development projects using Autodesk AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Prepare technical design calculations including:
• Stormwater drainage & hydraulic modeling
• Water distribution systems
• Sanitary sewer collection systems, pump stations & force mains
• BMPs, underground detention systems, and erosion control
• Conduct technical reviews of drawings, specifications, calculations, and shop drawings.
• Perform preliminary engineering evaluations, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.
• Mentor and train junior engineering staff.
• Assist management with project planning and staff scheduling.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, review agencies, contractors, and internal teams.
• Attend meetings with clients, municipalities, and contractors throughout project phases.

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• 4 years of experience in site/land development
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Proficiency in Civil 3D
• Strong knowledge of:
• Site Development
• Land Development
• Civil infrastructure systems
• Relevant titles may include:
• Civil Engineer
• Project Engineer
• Civil PE
• Civil Designer

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• 2–5 years experience: $70,000 – $100,000
• 5–10 years experience: $80,000 – $115,000
• 10 years experience: $120,000
• Quarterly performance bonuses
