🚀 Hiring: Senior Report Developer (Hybrid | Jersey City, NJ)

12-Month W2 Contract | Extension Possible | $60/hr

We are hiring a Senior Report Developer for a long-term contract role supporting business-critical reporting and data solutions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys report design (70%) with strong backend Oracle DB work (30%) in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment—preferably within financial services.

📍 Location: Jersey City, NJ (local candidates only)

🏢 Work Model: Hybrid – onsite every other week (5 days/week)

⏳ Duration: 12 months (extension possible)

💵 Rate: $60/hr on W2

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and optimize enterprise reporting solutions
• Build and enhance SSRS reports aligned with business needs
• Work with Oracle DB, writing advanced SQL and stored procedures
• Perform query/report performance tuning and optimization
• Partner with technical business teams to deliver end-to-end reporting features
• Support Agile delivery and continuous enhancement initiatives

Must Have Skills

✅ SSRS Reporting (strong hands-on)

✅ Oracle DB – advanced SQL & stored procedures

✅ 5 years of reporting/report developer experience

✅ Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skillset

✅ Experience in Financial Services / Capital Markets preferred

Nice to Have

➕ Microsoft BI stack exposure

➕ Power BI

➕ AWS, Python (bonus)

➕ Windows servers, batch scripting, Linux/Unix commands
